Dropshipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in retail businesses, the majority of retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price but some retailers earn an agreed percentage of the sales in commission, paid by the wholesaler to the retailer.

Some drop shipping retailers may keep "display items" on display in stores so that customers can inspect an item similar to those that they can purchase. Other retailers may provide only a catalogue or website of their products.

Why is the dropshipping plan paid for?
You will resell products without stock and you will have access to our stock in the CSV or XML file.
Only interested resellers will participate in the dropshipping resale program, so the competition is limited only to program participants.

What form of payment of the dropshipping plan?
Payment can be made by PayPal.
The payment is recurring according to the contracted plan.

Can I request the cancellation of the plan? How to make it?
Yes, cancellation must be made within 30 days before the plan expires.

What is the minimum purchase price?
We do not require a minimum purchase value.

What is the support/contact form for DropShipping?
Just email us by contacting us, we do not offer support by phone, WhatsApp, skype or online support for DropShipping.

Where and how can I resell?
May promote or resell in your shop, marketplaces, social media and your friends.

What are the file formats for product data?
You can download product data in XML or CSV format. You can use it for platforms: mformula, loja integrada, jumpseller, ecwid, woocommerce and shopify.

Note:
- After downloading the file from the loja integrada, save the file in .xlsx format
- In case of import error, open the file in the notepad and remove the blank lines at the top of the file and save the file again in the same format. If the error persists, contact your platform support directly.

If you have an online e-commerce shopping cart with XML or CSV integration, after your registration and sign in you can get the XML or CSV link and integrate with your e-commerce shopping cart, this procedure you need to consult with your developer and it is your own responsibility to integration and development. What is the shipping deadline?
The shipping price can be obtained by simulating a checkout or on the product page.
Some products have a manufacturing deadline after order confirmation and payment, check availability on the product page.

Does the invoice go under the name SELLER?
No, we have sent an invoice without the SELLER name, but with your name and the customer data.
There will be no price on the customer invoice.

How to make the purchase and set the delivery address of the customer?

Does the client receive any material with the name SELLER?
No, we will send an invoice with your data and the customer (recipient).

Will the customer know the value of the product?
No, we will only ship an invoice with the product name, without price.

Can I use a discount coupon?
You will only be able to use a discount coupon exclusive to your account, if you use a discount coupon advertised on partner sites, your order will be cancelled and the purchase value will be voided because the program already has discounts.

Do you offer product samples?
We do not offer product samples, you can buy with your discount benefit after signing the plan.

We accept PayPal payment method, you do not need to have or create a PayPal account.
