Dropshipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in retail businesses, the majority of retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price but some retailers earn an agreed percentage of the sales in commission, paid by the wholesaler to the retailer.

This can be achieved by "blind shipping" (shipping merchandise without a return address), or "private label shipping" (having merchandise shipped from the wholesaler with a return address customized to the retailer). A customized packing slip may also be included by the wholesaler, indicating the retailer's company name, logo, and/or contact information.

Why is the dropshipping plan paid for?
You will resell products without stock and you will have access to our stock in the CSV or XML file.
Only interested resellers will participate in the dropshipping resale program, so the competition is limited only to program participants.

What form of payment of the dropshipping plan?
Payment can be made by PayPal.
The payment is recurring according to the contracted plan.

Can I request the cancellation of the plan? How to make it?
Yes, cancellation must be made within 30 days before the plan expires.

Can I receive a refund for the payment?
After paying and signing the plan, unfortunately, it is not possible to make the refund due to having paid and the subscription service being released.
You can request the cancellation of the subscription so that the next charge will not be paid. Only hire and pay when you are sure.

How long is the plan valid?
The monthly Plan is effective 30 business days after the date of order and payment.
Half-yearly Plan the validity is 6 months after the date of order and payment.
Annual Plan is effective 1 year after the date of order and payment.

What is the approval period?
The deadline for approval of dropshipping registrations is up to 1 business day after confirmation of payment, when approved you will receive a notification by email.

- Importing products to your sales channel is your responsibility

What are the file formats for product data?
You can download product data in XML, JSON or CSV format. You can use it for platforms: mformula, bling, loja integrada, cartx, jumpseller, ecwid, square space, swell, wix, ebay, woocommerce/wordpress, opencart, shop-script, webasyst, yampi, nuvemshop and shopify.

- In case of an import error, open the file in the notepad and remove the blank lines at the top of the file and save the file again in the same format. If the error persists, contact your platform support directly.

If you have an online e-commerce shopping cart with XML or CSV integration, after your registration and sign in you can get the XML or CSV link and integrate it with your e-commerce shopping cart, this procedure you need to consult with your developer and it is your own responsibility to integration and development. Are file formats not available for my platform or marketplace?

How to download the images?

Does the invoice go under the name SELLER?
No, we have sent an invoice without the SELLER name, but with your name and the customer data.

What are the exchange/return policy and procedures?
